We prefer online payments.
If you don't have access to this facility, we will accept cash - please put the exact amount in an envelope and seal it. Let us know this is how you are going to pay when you receive the invoice.

Notes to consider before ordering:

DELIVERY DAYS

We delivery on Saturdays all year round except for Bank Holiday weekends, between Christmas and New Year and in April.

We only deliver within a 5 mile radius of our yard.

(The area we cover is east of the A3(M) where it joins the A27 up to the Horndean junction, west of the Roman Palace at Fishbourne and the Hare and Hounds at Stoughton, south of St Huberts Church at Idsworth and The Victoria Inn at West Marden and north of the Hayling bridge and including all of Bosham.)

If you live further away, you can collect your order. You can do this in as many trips as you need, but the entire order must be collected on the same day.

All logs are cut to order, so we are unable to supply a "next day" or "click and collect" type service.

Payment for the order can be made using the link on the invoice or by bank transfer.

Cash payments must be pre-arranged.

We cannot take card payments over the phone or at the time of delivery.

We aim to reply to emails, phone calls and messages as soon as we can, within 48 hours if possible.

We do not work on Sundays.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you normally purchase your firewood from Keith Treagus, please contact him directly. Nick and Keith are father and son, but they run their own separate businesses.

How to place an order:

If you are a new customer, we will need the following information:

DELIVERY POSTCODE: to ensure you are within our delivery area.

CONTACT PHONE NUMBER: in case we need to call you when we are delivering.
ORDER INFORMATION: what do you want to order:

Open fire or stove
Maximum log length required
(please make sure the length stated will fit in your stove/grate)
Any special log requirements - no short bits/chunky/no thrift etc (there will be an additional charge for this)
Kindling - how many boxes
Eco-firelighters - how many (they come in boxes of 50)
Thrift - how many bags
Delivery or collection
Stack or Tip Only

Once we have received your order, we will get back to you with a suggested delivery/collection date.
