As a small business we really appreciate return customers and we know that firewood is not cheap.

We wanted to show our appreciation to our loyal customers, so we created our Loyalty Club.

There's no membership form or fees.

You automatically become a member if you purchased at least 1 standard load of firewood in the previous Club year.

You remain a member as long as you continue to purchase at least 1 standard load of firewood every year.

There are 4 levels of membership:

Bronze

2% discount on all log loads in the current Club year.

Criteria: you must have purchased at least 1 standard load in the previous Club year.

4% discount on all log loads in the current Club year.

Criteria: you must have purchased at least 1 standard load in each of the previous 3 Club years.

6% discount on all log loads in the current Club year.

Criteria: you must have purchased at least 1 standard load in each of the previous 5 Club years.

10% discount on all log loads in the current Club year.

Criteria: you must have purchased at least 2 standard loads or 1 large load in each of the previous 5 Club years.

If you only order 1 standard load in a year, you will drop back to Gold membership.

All memberships:

If you don't order a minimum of 1 standard load in a Club year, your membership is cancelled and you have to start again.
